Threat Helm vCISO offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on ThreatHelm subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
All refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Follow the instructions to request a refund on the relevant transaction.
- Alternatively, contact Threat Helm vCISO support via the in-app chat and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal linked in your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.
